You’re almost there! Lender will check your documents & carry out a property valuation. This will be a good time to instruct your solicitor.

Find your home

You know how much you can borrow and how much it will cost. Go search for your dream home with confidence. If sellers and estate agents want further proof then simply put them in touch with us and we'll vouch for you.

Get an agreement in principle

​

Also known as a decision in principle. This provides an indication of whether a lender is likely to approve a mortgage application based on your financial circumstances. It is not a formal mortgage offer, but it can demonstrate to sellers or estate agents that you're a serious buyer.

Mortgage Offer!

Your Solicitor will receive a copy of the mortgage offer to complete their final checks.
