Hi, I’m Kameel the CEO of Mylo Mortgages. I’ve been around the financial services industry for a while and know a thing or two about mortgages. I started out at a top global life insurance company and quickly built relationships in the intermediary space. I then joined a team of specialist mortgage advisers in 2017 with a primary focus on self-employed individuals, complex incomes and portfolio landlords.

 

I’m a big tech and productivity nerd and the lack of efficiency in the mortgage world really started to bug me. I made it my mission to bring this industry to the 21st century. According Moneybox Homebuying, new buyers were mostly annoyed with the amount of paperwork involved (28%), solicitors not responding (28%), and confusion with mortgage jargon (15%). This should be an easy fix.


That's where Mylo comes in. We aim to make the mortgage process effortless and transparent for you. We'll recommend the best mortgage product and provide honest, straightforward advice. We'll handle all the paperwork and communicate with solicitors, estate agents, banks, and surveyors on your behalf, so you can focus on the fun stuff – like deciding which room to decorate first.

Qualifying as a Mortgage Advisor he joined the Mortgage Advice Point team working and learning directly from experts in the industry.
